Most injuries don’t come from big moments, they come from small habits repeated over and over.
Picking up a slam ball might seem simple, but rounded backs and reaching forward put unnecessary strain on the lower back. A small adjustment, dropping the hips, bending the knees, and keeping the ball close, shifts the work to the legs where it belongs.
The most important thing in any session isn’t speed or weight, it’s looking after ourselves so we can keep showing up, week after week.
