Halo Knee Crunch
Looks simple… isn’t.
Holding a weight plate, take it through a full halo around the head
(not over it… around it 👀)
As the plate comes down, drive the opposite knee up to meet it.
Then reverse the halo the other way and switch legs.
Flow it. Control it. Earn it.
What’s it doing?

Big thing to remember…
the halo goes behind the head, not over it.
If your ponytail’s getting in the way…
you may as well cut it off 🤣
